Shipping
Each physical product is identified as ready to ship or made to order. The product page is the source of truth for production timing.
Ready to ship
A ready-to-ship item has no production lead time because the piece is already in stock. Normal order handling, packaging, carrier transit, or pickup coordination still takes time; ready to ship is not a same-day delivery promise.
Made to order
A made-to-order product includes a production lead time on its product page. That timing describes the expected workshop window before shipment or pickup and is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Where we ship
We ship physical items to addresses in the United States. Local pickup is available only when that option appears at checkout and requires pickup at the location named in the ready email.
Shipping charges
Eligible parcel orders use four fixed shipping bands: $6.95 for a small parcel, $9.95 for a standard ground parcel, $14.95 for a medium parcel, or $19.95 for a large or multi-box shipment. We select the band from the packed weight, dimensions, and number of boxes in the checkout packing plan. Shipping is free when eligible physical merchandise reaches $125.00, even when the order needs more than one box. Digital products do not count toward that threshold. Products marked shipping included do not count either. The available method and exact charge are shown before payment.
Fixed-rate parcel bands
A small parcel is up to 7 ounces, 432 cubic inches, and an 18-inch longest side. A standard parcel is up to 49 ounces with the same size limits. A medium parcel is up to 113 ounces, 1,728 cubic inches, and a 24-inch longest side. A supported single parcel beyond that envelope—or any order requiring more than one charged box—uses the large or multi-box band, up to the supported 800-ounce, 12,000-cubic-inch, and 48-inch parcel limits. The large band is the maximum customer shipping charge for a supported shipment; higher postage is absorbed into product pricing rather than triggering a destination quote. A listing outside the supported parcel limits must be configured for a supported shipping method or offered for local pickup before it can be sold.
Orders with multiple pieces
Compatible products are combined into the smallest supported cartons that fit safely. When everything cannot share one carton, we use additional boxes without sending an ordinary catalog order to a quote workflow. Products marked shipping included ship separately at no added charge and do not advance the free-shipping threshold. Digital items in a mixed order are delivered separately by email after payment.
Tracking
When a physical order ships, tracking details are sent to the checkout email address. Digital downloads are delivered separately by email and account download links when available.
Packaging
Physical pieces are packed with protection and restraint, with the goal of getting the work to you safely without overbuilding the box.
Local pickup
When local pickup is offered at checkout, it has no shipping charge and does not require a shipping address. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email for the complete order before arriving; that message contains the current location and instructions.
